Conducting an Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is one of the quickest ways to get a read on your  organizations’ culture.  When done properly, an Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) can provide you with an overall picture of where the organization is effective, or has opportunities to do things differently.  With an EOS, you will be able to see the gaps in communication between management levels as well as which departments or teams are performing above or below the organizational standards.
